Your mission

You lead and manage a high-performing team of approx. 5 User Acquisition Managers, ensuring they succeed in meeting KPIs through your strategic, analytical and growth-oriented mindset. You foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous development.
You take full ownership of user acquisition, overseeing budget management, executing growth strategies and ensuring seamless stakeholder collaboration to drive business success.
You drive and optimize user acquisition strategies, empowering your team with data-driven insights to maximize growth and impact.
You bring deep expertise in User Acquisition, combining strategic insight with hands-on optimization skills.Your team learns from your expertise and hands-on approach in driving data-informed growth.
You foster and maintain strong relationships with Key Point Of Contacts from Marketing Networks, ensuring high impact collaborations.
You keep up with industry trends and continuously improve processes.

Your profile

You own a university degree in marketing, analytics, business or a similar qualification.
You have proven experience leading User Acquisition teams in a dynamic environment, ideally within a gaming company, combined with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
You are experienced in managing paid mobile marketing campaigns and in App Store Optimization (ASO). Having experience in web marketing (Google Search Ads) is a plus.
You have proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, IronSource and Applovin.
You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
You bring dedication, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of German is welcome.
