Your mission

As a (Junior) Customer Support Manager, you will be part of our Customer Support team and take care of our German apps, ensuring a smooth and satisfying user experience.

Your tasks will include:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our users, representing our brand with clarity and empathy

  • Handle all user communication exclusively via web forms, ensuring fast and accurate responses

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with internal guidelines to maintain a high-quality community environment

  • Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize workflows and improve processes

  • Track your own performance, manage your workload, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet internal goals and quality standards

Your profile

  • You bring first experience in customer support, or you've shown strong interpersonal skills and situational awareness in previous roles

  • Native-level of German with excellent written communication; fluency in English is required

  • You’re interested in technical support environments and context of mobile games

  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk (or similar) is a plus

  • You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage complex workflows, and drive them to completion

  • You’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences

Deine Aufgaben

Als (Junior) Customer Support Manager wirst du Teil unseres Customer Support Teams sein und dich um unsere deutschsprachigen Apps kümmern, um ein reibungsloses und zufriedenstellendes Nutzererlebnis zu gewährleisten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Nutzer:innen und vertrittst unsere Marke mit Klarheit und Empathie

  • Du bearbeitest alle Anfragen ausschließlich über Webformulare und sorgst dabei für schnelle und präzise Antworten

  • Du überwachst die Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und trägst aktiv zu einer qualitativ hochwertigen Community bei

  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um Arbeitsabläufe zu optimieren und Prozesse zu verbessern

  • Du verfolgst deine eigene Leistung, verwaltest dein Arbeitspensum selbstständig und priorisierst Aufgaben, um interne Ziele und Qualitätsstandards zu erreichen

Dein Profil
  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice gesammelt oder in vorherigen Rollen starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Gespür für Situationen bewiesen

  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und exzellente schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit; sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich

  • Du interessierst dich für technische Support-Umgebungen und den Kontext von Mobile Games

  • Der Umgang mit Helpdesk-Tools wie Zendesk (oder ähnlichen) ist ein Plus.

  • Du bringst eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Denkweise mit und kannst Aufgaben effektiv priorisieren, komplexe Abläufe managen und erfolgreich abschließen

  • Du brennst dafür, unseren Nutzer:innen ein herausragendes Kundenerlebnis zu bieten
