Senior Account Manager (f/m/x)

Your mission
As a Senior Account Manager (f/m/x), you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry, ad tech landscape, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
  • You build and maintain close relationships with our partners, acting as their main point of contact for day-to-day communication and their go-to adviser on the intricacies of our product.
  • You analyze KPIs and performance, prepare reports and present data in an understandable way.
  • You develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • You proactively identify optimization and growth opportunities to increase revenues.
  • You collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
  • You coordinate internally between teams.
Your profile
  • You have 5–7 years of proven experience in adtech, gaming, rewarded advertising, or related digital industries.
  • You have strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • You are highly analytical and data-driven, able to interpret sales data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • You are a self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • You have a deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer preferences in the mobile gaming space.
  • You have an established and relevant network within the mobile gaming industry.

Please note: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday!
