(Senior) Software Quality Assurance Engineer (f/m/x)

Your mission

We are seeking a (Sr.) Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of software quality and reliability & will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, implement testing strategies, and improve the overall user experience of our products.

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software validation.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues.
Implement automated testing solutions and continuous integration processes.
Monitor and analyze test results to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.
Contribute to the improvement of QA methodologies and practices.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance engineering.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficient in automated testing tools and frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Please note: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday!
