Your mission
In this role you will:
- Support our fraud prevention operations by monitoring user activity and payment requests, identifying suspicious behavior, and taking appropriate action.
- Understand the importance of fraud prevention and its impact on our business, staying curious about potential risks and loopholes.
- Collaborate with Customer Support to help resolve tickets.
- Detect and flag recurring fraud patterns, collaborating with Product and Tech teams to improve detection measures.
- Stay curious about our industry, develop an understanding of potential loopholes, and adapt quickly to market dynamics and new technologies.
