As our IT Administrator (m/f/x), you’ll own the backbone of our workplace technology, enabling teams to operate productively, securely, and at scale.
From devices and networks to access management and IT tools, you’ll ensure our IT ecosystem runs seamlessly today while building the foundation for tomorrow’s growth. Your expertise won’t just support the business - it will actively define how we operate every day. From introducing cutting-edge tools and elevating processes to becoming the trusted IT partner for all employees, you’ll take a hands-on, proactive approach, prevent issues before they arise, and continuously improve how we work, leaving a lasting impact on the organization.
What You’ll Own:
Own and scale our workplace IT environment across macOS and Windows for 120+ employees, ensuring reliability, security, and a seamless day-to-day experience.
Take full ownership of the hardware lifecycle — from procurement and setup to onboarding, offboarding, inventory, and upgrades.
Build and continuously improve our office infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, network, printers, meeting room technology, and firewalls.
Drive secure access management and foundational IT security, ensuring best practices are implemented and maintained.
Act as the trusted go-to expert for IT, delivering fast, solution-oriented support on-site and remotely.
Ensure compliance and data protection, aligning systems and processes with GDPR and internal standards.
Create clarity and scalability by documenting systems, processes, and IT standards.
Own vendor relationships, coordinating external providers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Continuously optimize tools, workflows, and employee IT experience, proactively identifying improvements and implementing them.
