What You’ll Own:
Product strategy & vision
Together with the CPO, you shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You define goals and success metrics and continuously evolve the product direction based on business priorities and customer insights.Discovery & prioritization
You gather and balance inputs from user research, data, and stakeholders to understand problems deeply and prioritize work based on impact, effort, and risk.Execution & agile delivery
You drive product development in cross-functional teams, optimizing how agile principles are applied to ship high-quality products efficiently and collaboratively.Business & stakeholder alignment
You bridge business and engineering by translating business dynamics into clear product direction. You work closely with UI/UX, Development, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.Experimentation & learning
You leverage A/B testing, analytics, and qualitative research to validate ideas, measure outcomes, and continuously improve product decisions.
