Your mission
We’re looking for a Vice President of Operations. Someone to own how exmox operates at scale.
You will own how the company and teams operate, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the C-level team, the parent group Aonic, and senior leaders across the organization. Your mission is to structure, align, and enable execution and collaboration across the entire company with a specific focus on HR, Finance and Legal.
exmox has strong Heads and Leads across functions. The VP of Operations role is about people leadership, clarity, and execution discipline ensuring teams perform at a high level while freeing up the CEO and other C-Level Managers to focus on strategy, growth, and external stakeholders.
Here’s what that means day-to-day:
Own how the company operates: Lead and continuously improve exmox’s operational setup so teams can execute efficiently, predictably, and at scale.
Translate strategy into execution: Turn company goals into clear operational priorities, structures, and rhythms that enable fast and focused delivery.
Enable high-performing leaders: Act as a sparring partner to Heads and Leads across Operations-related functions, strengthening leadership capability, accountability, and execution quality.
Build scalable operating structures: Design and evolve reporting lines, ownership models, and decision-making frameworks that support growth without adding unnecessary complexity.
Analyse performance and ensure accountability: track progress and performance of all functions in a highly analytical business model and ensure accountability across the entire company to swiftly identify bottlenecks
Oversee Finance, Legal & governance execution: Partner closely with Finance and Legal to ensure budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and governance run smoothly and transparently.
Connect the dots across functions: Ensure Product, Tech, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, Fraud, Revenue, Product, Engineering and Marketing are aligned, with clear interfaces and shared priorities.
Prepare the company for the next stage: Build operational maturity in line with Aonic and IPO-level expectations, ensuring exmox scales sustainably and professionally.
