What You’ll Own
End-to-End Hiring: Business & Tech
You’ll run full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of functions from Engineering, Product and Data to Marketing and Sales. You’ll define hiring plans, craft outreach strategies, shape interviews, and close the deal, all while owning the candidate experience start to finish.Data-Driven Talent Strategy
You’re not just intuitive, you’re analytical. You’ll measure what matters: pipeline health, funnel conversion, time-to-hire, source performance, offer acceptance. You’ll translate recruiting metrics into action, and continuously improve how we hire.Strategic Business Partnering
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership, not as a service provider, but as a strategic advisor. You’ll challenge assumptions, bring market insights, calibrate profiles, and drive alignment through clear, direct communication.Recruiting Infrastructure & Brand
You’ll contribute to building the recruiting engine itself: scalable processes, interview training, DEI initiatives, candidate branding, and sourcing strategies. This is your playground to build, optimize, and leave your mark.
