As a (Senior) Marketing Data Analyst (m/f/x), you will be the strategic partner to our marketing and growth teams, proactively translating complex consumer and campaign data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and measurable impact. Your work will directly influence acquisition strategy, audience targeting, budget allocation, channel optimization, and customer lifecycle initiatives across global markets.
In this role, you’ll lead the charge in turning open marketing questions into structured hypotheses, delivering decision-ready analyses on campaign performance, attribution, incrementality, funnel optimization, and ROI, and building dashboards and tools that elevate data across the organization. What You’ll Own:
- Partner with marketing teams to define KPIs, prioritize initiatives, and solve strategic challenges.
- Consult the marketing team to maximize return on ad spend and marketing efficiency.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to uncover actionable marketing insights and campaign performance trends.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards to support marketing decision-making.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to optimize campaign tracking and attribution.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of marketing data across channels and platforms.
- Use SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns and audience targeting.
- Analyze user acquisition, retention, engagement, and market trends to guide strategy.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science teams on interdisciplinary marketing analytics projects.

- Marketing performance measurably improves because of your work: Your analyses directly influence budget allocation, bidding logic, targeting, and channel strategy leading to stronger ROAS, lower CAC, and scalable growth.
- Decisions are driven by evidence, not opinion: Growth and Marketing teams rely on your models, dashboards, and assessments before making major investment calls.
- You actively collaborate with Product and Sales Analytics. You understand that in our business model, marketing performance cannot be evaluated in isolation. User acquisition, product economics, and advertiser performance are deeply interconnected. You proactively align with Product and Sales analysts to ensure shared definitions of LTV, contribution margin, and performance KPIs - and you help drive cross-functional decisions based on a unified economic view.
- Attribution and data quality are rock solid: Tracking gaps are identified and solved, ensuring reliable performance measurement across MMP, SKAN, and internal systems.
- You turn ambiguity into structured action: Open questions become clear frameworks, experiments, and decision-ready insights that move the business forward.
- You elevate the analytics bar: Through automation, modeling, and cross-functional collaboration, you increase the speed, depth, and impact of marketing decision-making at scale.
