In this role you will:
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, fostering long-term loyalty through high-touch relationship management.
- Growth & Revenue Optimization: Design and execute account strategies to scale revenue, proactively identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor complex KPIs and synthesize raw data into actionable insights and professional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Product Voice & Advocacy: Bridge the gap between commercial teams and Product by translating partner feedback into prioritized roadmap requirements and revenue-driving features.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as an internal advocate to streamline workflows and resolve challenges by collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
- Performance Benchmarking: Ensure partner performance consistently aligns with both client business objectives and internal success metrics.
