This is a company built for growth.
When you join exmox, you're stepping onto a global, highly competitive playing field, solving real problems in environments that push you beyond your comfort zone. You'll work on real systems at a big scale, building high-performing consumer products used by millions. We move fast, cut the noise, and focus on what actually matters, because in our industry, speed wins.
We're rapidly scaling one of the most exciting innovations in mobile gaming: a rewarded user engagement and acquisition platform that helps publishers acquire and retain players through rewarding experiences. Our products are data-driven by design, powered by event-driven architectures, complex business logic, and quick feedback loops, with decisions informed by data and experimentation, not gut feeling.
As Senior Technical Product Manager (f/m/x), this role isn't just about shipping features, it's about building products that perform. Product at exmox means understanding the bigger technical and business picture, working closely with Engineering, including how we use AI to move faster and cut down on repetitive work, and turning strategy into precise, technically grounded product decisions that create real value. Every change you ship affects millions of users, and that responsibility is what makes working at exmox exciting.
If you're energized by fast-moving markets, complex technical systems, and the challenge of building products that perform at scale, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Own:
Technical product strategy & vision Together with Engineering leads, you shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a clear understanding of technical constraints and opportunities. You define goals and success metrics, and continuously evolve product direction based on system capabilities, technical debt, and business priorities.
Discovery, scoping & prioritization You gather and balance inputs from engineering, user research, data, and stakeholders to deeply understand problems, including their technical complexity. You write detailed, unambiguous requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineers can act on immediately.
Agile ownership & delivery You own the product backlog end-to-end: grooming, refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization. You actively participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and sprint ceremonies, ensuring the team always has well-defined, ready-to-build work.
Technical stakeholder alignment You translate business needs into precise engineering requirements, and translate technical realities back into language stakeholders understand. You work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, Data, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment across the full product lifecycle.
Experimentation & continuous improvement You leverage A/B testing, analytics, and system monitoring to validate ideas, measure outcomes, and drive ongoing product and technical improvements. You understand data pipelines and instrumentation well enough to define the right metrics from the ground up.
